Return Policy
We want you to love your Vandeliore purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- All original packaging, including boxes and tags, must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
-Items purchased on sale or promotion
-Gift cards
-Items damaged due to improper care or normal wear and tear
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at vandeliore02@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
